OFFER PROCESS

Prospective purchasers are invited to submit offers directly to the designated agents, including proposals considering the property’s redevelopment potential.

The property is offered for sale on an “As-Is” basis. Vendor Take Back (VTB) financing may be available, subject to terms and conditions. For inquiries, contact the designated agent.

REVIEW OF OFFERS

All purchase offers will be evaluated based on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • The structure of the offer proposed by the purchaser
  • Net proceeds to the vendors
  • The purchaser’s ability to complete the transaction
  • Timeliness and proposed closing conditions

The vendors will negotiate with the purchaser(s) whose offer is deemed most favorable at their sole and absolute discretion. The vendors are not obligated to accept any offer and reserve the right to reject any or all offers received.

At any point prior to finalizing an agreement, the vendor may request additional information from prospective purchasers. Failure to provide such information in a timely manner may result in the termination of discussions.

The vendors further reserve the right to withdraw the property from the sale process or cease negotiations with any or all prospective purchasers at any time before accepting an offer, without notice or liability.
